Paranjape Builders Pvt Ltd is a company formed in 1982 by Shri. Hemant Dattatray Paranjape, in Vile Parle (E), Mumbai 400 057. Since then the company has constructed about 2300 flats for the middle class families in various projects in and around Mumbai.
Mr. Hemant Dattatray Paranjape comes from the renowned family of Shri. Baburao Paranjape who helped thousands of middle class families to own their own dwelling in Mumbai, particularly in Vile Parle (E),
Andheri (E), Boriwali (W), Bhandup (E). The family was also known for developing and starting well-known Educational Institutes like Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, Parle College, Shri. M. L. Dahanukar College of Commerce
in Vile Parle (E), Mulund
College of Commerce in Mulund
(E) and Paranjape Vidyalaya in
Andheri (E). These institutes were formed to help getting education to the needy students who were staying in the housing society constructed by Paranjape’s in the locality.
As a social commitment Paranjape’s were also instrumental in constructing many temples, community halls etc. in the locality.
In the year 1997, Paranjape Builders Pvt Ltd started their Pune operation with Shri. Sanjeev Arvind Sabnis, A Civil Engineer by profession, who heads the operations in Pune Division of Paranjape Builders Pvt Ltd. Since then company has completed various projects like Chhaya, Aster Villa, Daffodils, and Keshav in Deccan Gymkhana and projects like Tulips, Lotus Court, Orchids and Vardan etc. in Paud Road, Kothrud area. At present the company is engaged in construction of project like “Orchids” in Rambaug Colony, Paud Road, Kothrud and “ Sunflower” in Baner, Pune.
The company has gained its
repute and faith of the
customers through the
construction quality,
transparency in the dealings and
through accommodative approach
towards the clients. The company
has completed projects in Pune,
Mumbai and Goa.
